Anchor is revolutionizing the B2B Payments industry. It is 2024 and businesses still waste a lot of time and money manually creating, issuing, and processing invoices. We are disrupting our market with an innovative end-to-end product designed for service providers' unique billing needs, turning the billing and collection process from a frustrating burden into a seamless automated function.

We're on the lookout for a passionate, high-achieving Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Anchor is growing fast so the ideal candidate has grit, an entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, self-discipline, and determination to learn, succeed, and CLOSE with zero ego.

  • Own the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting, prioritization, discovery, product demo, and closing, you’ll do whatever it takes, across all channels to source opportunities and grow revenue.
  • Proactively engage with Anchor's target market while demonstrating outbound techniques to drive qualified leads to ensure and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, delivering value-based solutions that align with their needs and solve complex business challenges.
  • Use consultative selling techniques and track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement.
  • Create a culture of high performance and zero ego and uphold our values.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


  • Ability to work US EST time Monday - Thursday (Friday 9:00-18:00 Israel time) - a must.
  • English - native speaker level - a must.
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (new business)- a must.
  • Proficient in PLS methodologies - a plus.
  • Experienced in managing outbound sales tactics (SDR/BDR) - a plus.
  • Managerial experience - a plus.
  • Experience working with US-based companies, SMBs, and service providers (ideally with accounting firms or accounting/ finance professionals within the billing and collections industry (e.g., Financial Products Expense Management, ERP, AP Automation, T&E, GL).
  • Proficient in sales tactics - prospecting, discovery, objection handling, accurate forecasting, etc.
  • Consistent track record of meeting quotas and target achievement (e.g. exceeding quota consistently, forward-thinking revenue responsibility).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with decision-makers and clients at all levels.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as Hubspot, Avoma, Intercom, and MS/Google Office suite.
  • Technical proficiency and adaptability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly.
  • Available to travel to the USA (~10%)


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance or at least 2 years of practical managerial experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred. MBA is a plus
