This role is about working directly with our customers to create value - helping them grow, thrive, and feel connected to a community that celebrates their success.

Responsibility

  • Drive customer-focused marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and support their growth objectives
  • Create high-impact content including case studies, testimonials, and presentations that showcase customer success
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize content distribution and streamline processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in a trusted partnership.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and exceptional customer experience
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Research industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of target sectors and personas
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to product and strategy teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing, customer success, or account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of understanding customer needs and developing creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for speaking with, engaging with, and building rapport and lasting customer relationships with customers.
  • Hands-on experience working and leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Product, and Sales to achieve common goals.

  • Skill as a creator (video, written, audio) and communicator (written and oral).
  • Ability to travel to events on an as-needed basis.
