As part of our growth plans, we want to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time - that's why we're searching for an Email Marketing Manager who can craft compelling narratives, optimize customer journeys, and drive engagement through sophisticated email campaigns.
This role is about leveraging the power of email to connect with our audience - delivering personalized experiences that convert prospects, engage customers, and build lasting relationships that drive business growth.
Responsibility
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated triggered messages.
- Set up, configure, and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure efficient campaign execution and data management.
- Actively manage contact list growth and health to ensure strong deliverability. Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
- Establish a testing and experimentation framework (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance campaign performance and customer experience.
- Work collaboratively across Marketing, Content, Design, Sales, and CS to ensure channel objectives and performance are consistently achieved.
- Responsible for email deliverability and compliance requirements.
- Stay current on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to enhance email performance and deliverability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM management. Experience in a payments or financial technology high-growth startup is a plus.
- Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Hubspot’s CRM and marketing automation. Solid knowledge of segmentation and automation best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing, designing and executing email campaigns. Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting. Experience monitoring email deliverability performance, sending domain configurations and seed listing.
- High proficiency in English. Mother tongue - a plus.
- Hands-on experience working and leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
