Our onboarding team plays a key role in this mission, ensuring customers thrive with our solutions. As an onboarding specialist, you will work closely with business owners and customer success teams to support their migration to Anchor. You will play a critical role in enhancing our client’s onboarding success, collaborating with a team dedicated to making businesses’ lives easier. With heart, grit, and ownership, you’ll help create exponential value for both our customers and Anchor’s continued growth.
Responsibility
- Drive discussions with business owners about pricing modules, strategies, and best practices, leveraging Anchor's product to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage data extraction, modeling, cleansing, and migration processes to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and deliver a seamless transition to our platform.
- Serve as the liaison between our clients, CSMs, support, and Sales teams to identify and enhance Anchor’s onboarding process with customized solutions for our clients
- Identify client pain points and accurately synthesize and execute on client data requests; communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with key stakeholders to advance implementation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to resolve client onboarding challenges, offering technical support and data insights during select client meetings.
- Provide guidance on best practices for data migration and ensure successful implementation.
- Create and maintain detailed guides, playbooks, and training materials to support internal teams and streamline onboarding processes.
- Work closely with Product and R&D teams to streamline and automate the onboarding process, leveraging AI technologies.
- Research industry trends for accounting, bookkeeping, fractional CFO practices, and more to educate our clients and accelerate Anchor’s onboarding process
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling experience - MUST.
- Ability to work US hours (16:00-01:00 Israel time) - MUST
- Academic or professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data challenges.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Independent, fast learner with a detail-oriented and can-do attitude.
- Hands-on team player with a passion for process improvement and collaboration.
- Thrives in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and uncertain environment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Active students - available at least until January 2026.
