We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of Anchor.
As the first dedicated UX/UI in Anchor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and refine the design process, directly impact our product’s usability, and help us create a simple, seamless, and delightful experience for our users.

Responsibility
- Create intuitive, user-friendly wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system for a seamless user experience across the platform.
- Conduct research to uncover user pain points and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Act as the user's voice, keeping their needs central to design and product decisions.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional UX/UI design within a product-driven company.
- Experience with B2B platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of identifying user pain points and delivering intuitive, impactful design solutions.
- A degree in design or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in design systems, user research, wireframing, usability testing, and iterative design processes. Familiarity with Figma is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers and account for technical constraints (coding skills are not required).
- You are deeply passionate about understanding user needs, designing with the end-user in mind, and creating solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- You excel at simplifying complex processes and concepts, prioritizing clean, intuitive design over unnecessary complexity.
- You are self-motivated and adaptable, you’re comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities and stepping in wherever needed.
- You are fun, approachable, and a true team player, you foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- You know how to persevere when the path isn’t clear, love learning new things and know when to prioritize speed over perfection.
- You stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and grow within your domain.
