We are looking for a Senior Marketer to join our fast-growing team and help us build something that has never been built before. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is not a typical marketing role. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will own and execute key marketing initiatives that fuel our growth. You will have full ownership over your projects, the freedom to experiment, and the chance to work alongside a team that moves fast and values bold ideas over safe ones.

Responsibility

  • Generalist marketing: Build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Get marketing done: Work at a fast pace across multiple projects, from research and positioning to strategy development, messaging, content creation, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Email marketing strategy: Design, build, and optimize a full email marketing strategy to maximize key results at every stage of the funnel.
  • Drive performance marketing: Own customer acquisition efforts, manage external stakeholders, optimize budgets, and execute successful demand-generation campaigns.
  • Content creation: Support the development of blogs, thought leadership, industry insights, and website content that engage and educate our audience.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure best-in-class messaging, content, and training.
  • Measure and iterate: Report on the impact of marketing initiatives, analyze results, and refine strategies to generate new and repeat opportunities.

This role is not about just checking off tasks. It is about owning marketing outcomes, moving fast, and making bold bets to drive meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of generalist marketing experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or Product Marketer, preferably in a fast-growing B2B startup targeting the US market.
  • A builder who has launched marketing initiatives from scratch, pivoted based on insights, and executed at a high velocity.
  • A creator at heart with familiarity in video production or graphic design, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A true all-around marketer who has tested multiple strategies and applies a methodical, data-driven approach to growth.
  • A natural problem solver who thrives on ambiguity and can turn challenges into opportunities.
  • A doer who takes ownership, moves quickly, and adapts based on real-world insights.
  • Passionate, ambitious, and hungry to generate exponential value for Anchor, our customers, colleagues, and yourself. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
