About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager with substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of enterprise Cybersecurity and IT leaders. The ideal candidate will enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Adapt digital, events and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team.
  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy.
  • Support Channel and Tech Alliance Marketing activities with Blink partners from approval of campaign through execution (ie. joint marketing campaigns, events)
  • Measure and optimize these campaigns to deliver results that meet or exceed Blink’s goals
  • Collaborate with Blink’s leadership team, advisors, and customer-facing teams to collect qualitative feedback on marketing campaigns for additional optimization.
  • Be an advocate for the sales team and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
  • Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support understand the marketing department’s priorities.
  • Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.
  • Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.

Your Background

  • Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
  • Exemplary communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to understand the needs and experiences of Cybersecurity and IT Security leaders.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • A passion and substantial understanding of the Cybersecurity market and the challenges of a today’s cybersecurity professional.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with using B2B martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, CMS, ABM tools, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.
  • Travel up to 40%.
  • Experience with Hubspot, creating email and ad campaigns, and running webinars or livestreams.
