About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic demand generation manager to accelerate funnel growth at Blink Ops. You will own the demand generation priorities and budget to invest across digital channels, campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, paid media tactics, analytics, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and be able to execute marketing campaigns from concept to execution to optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience targeting cybersecurity and IT buyers at C-level and mid-management level to drive meetings is a must
  • Digital marketing experience and technical depth in email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), display, and search
  • Experience with marketing operations and CRM tools
  • Good analytical and reporting skill sets for measuring and educating on demand generation metrics
  • Startup experience and strong desire to operate and overachieve

Your Background

Requirements and Skills

  • 4 years or more leading content for a SaaS or Cybersecurity startup
  • Marketing Automation Management skills are a must. Hubspot, ideally
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Project management skills to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, interdependencies and moving deadlines
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high growth, innovative and fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Webflow, GA4 and analytics is a plus
