About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Channel to join Blink and be part of the sales leadership team. In this role, you will report to the Chief Business Officer and work alongside the leadership team to drive the company’s strategy of channel sales. You will own and execute the company’s channel program to drive incremental revenue.

Your responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Define, build and execute the channel strategy and work to onboard Distributors, VAR’s and Service Providers (MSSP’s, MDR’s)
  • Own relationships with partners at both nation wide and regional levels
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and the field to drive successful outcomes
  • Drive internal enablement of Blink’s sellers on the channel GTM
  • Drive external enablement of all of Blink’s channel partners
  • Deal Registration Qualification and administration
  • Manage deals alongside Blink’s sellers to ensure smooth partner engagement

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
  • SaaS/Security channel experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets
  • A proven cross-functional leader with a team player mentality
  • Collaboration with field in driving a sell-to/sell-with opportunities
  • Demonstrated history outlining and executing channel sales strategies
  • History working in early growth security companies preferred
