About the role

We’re seeking a creative and highly skilled Product Designer with a strong sense of style, exceptional attention to detail, and experience designing complex workflows. Join a growing design team to collaborate with product experts on challenging features to make a real impact on our product.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Work on larger strategic features that define the future of our product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers on product enhancements to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitor and design research to keep our product competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with brand identity and the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design Expertise: Create stunning and functional designs that set the styling direction of the product design. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, integrating new ideas into our processes.
• Simplify Complex Processes: Streamline complex workflows to ensure clarity and usability, providing intuitive user experiences.
• Research and Prototyping: Conduct design and user research, develop interactive prototypes, and gather feedback to refine designs iteratively.

• At least 3 years of design experience in a product company or a startup.
• Demonstrated ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex systems.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain is a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing exceptional UI design skills, creativity, and style is required for application.
• Design System: experience creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems in Figma.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in design with Figma. Efficiency in working with AI solutions for designers. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular) is a plus.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills with a problem-solving mindset.
