We are currently seeking a creative and collaborative backend developer who is eager to learn and contribute to our fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

It will be your primary responsibility to design, build, and test cloud native microservices written in Go
You will work closely with the rest of the Blink Backend team to build and maintain the platform's core workflow engine
You'll be responsible for developing enterprise-level applications and services for Blink
Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
Work closely with other teams, including sales and customer success, to deliver the best value to customers

Requirements

5+ years of backend software development experience (Golang experience is a plus)
2+ years of people management experience
Experience working on customer-facing production environments
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, databases and cloud infrastructure such as Postgres/Cassandra/Redis
Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as NATS/Kafka/RabbitMQ
Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
