About The Position

JOB SUMMARY:

Spearhead the technical team in the fields and make an impact by coordinating between customer needs and Product / R&D workplan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Performs work in accordance with all safety procedures and policies, as well as meets all company corporate requirements related to safety.

2. Maintains a good attendance record to ensure that there is no interruption to production or services to our customers.

3. Works safely in accordance with company’s safety program requirements.

4. Wears all required personal protective equipment.

5. Support customers and provide creative technical solutions while making an impact on the

6. R&D & Product roadmap.

7. Deploy BWR products from cloud infrastructure.

8. Install and monitor different network systems deployed in customer premises.

9. Deploy & install Linux based systems and administrate them.

10. Be accountable for training & knowledge sharing across company team.

11. Work night / day shifts according to the client’s changing schedule and needs

12. Flexibility in hours and ability to work as a remote team with the Israel R&D team

13. Represents the company in a professional, respectful manner.

14. Other duties as assigned

The payscale for this position is $70k to $120k

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be flexible with schedule; able to work weekends

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or GED. Additional studies a plus, but not required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Must be proficient in MS office, Exel, Word, Outlook, and have other basic computer skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.

TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS

Company will provide transportation when applicable, however reliable transportation is a must. Mileage reimbursement policy does apply for personal vehicle use.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENTS

Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard reimbursement rate set by the Internal Revenue Service. This reimbursement is not effective for the use of company owned vehicle usage.

WORK HOUR EXPECTATIONS:

Must be flexible and able to adapt to last minute scheduling changes. Nature of the business in the Agricultural industry may vary due to various circumstances such as weather, or other unforeseen events.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and /or humid conditions when working outdoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The ground of the outdoor work area can be dusty, wet, and/or muddy. Comfortable work boots are recommended.
