Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment within the rapidly evolving generative AI industry. This role requires a versatile full-stack PMM ready to wear many hats and roll up their sleeves to get things done. You will clearly articulate the transformative impact of our platform, positioning BRIA AI as an essential platform for companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling marketing messages that highlight our platform's capabilities as a custom AI solution.
  2. Technical Marketing Content: Craft compelling marketing materials showcasing the value of our platform to the target audience of key stakeholders with technical acumen, within companies.
  3. Product Launches: Own product launches by collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to create and execute plans that showcase our capabilities.
  4. Optimizing Product-Led Growth: Drive engagement in product-led growth funnels, and generate leads for enterprise sales teams for our sales-led motions.
  5. Sales Enablement: Develop materials and collaborate on programs to equip sales and solutions architecture teams with essential resources and training.
  6. Community Engagement and Feedback: Engage the AI development and AI research community to gather insights and feedback, refining our offerings and marketing strategies.
  7. Insight Gathering: Collect valuable insights and feedback from community interactions to enhance marketing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs and industry trends.
  8. Market Intelligence: Continuously track and swiftly respond to evolving technology and market trends in the fast-paced generative AI sector.
  9. Competitive Landscape: Conduct research and analysis to assess competitive alternatives and our market position, quickly adapting strategies to maintain and enhance our edge.
  10. Customer and user research: Conduct research through direct interactions, surveys, and other tools to gather insights that inform messaging and product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS product marketing with 5 - 7 years of experience in high-growth tech environments, with 1 -2 years experience bringing generative AI technology and products to marketing.
  • Proven ability to align product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams across multiple geographies and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to toggle between understanding overarching strategic goals (the big picture) and collaborating with a cross-functional team to execute precise operational details with accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging that truly resonates with diverse audiences from developers and researchers to creatives, marketers, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, impactful marketing communications for the target audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving projects to completion and successful full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive adoption.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a deep understanding of the AI landscape.
  • Versatile Work Background: Candidates with experience in both startup environments and established companies are a plus.
