Position Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead our platform engineering initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of managing and evolving our infrastructure, working closely with research and algorithmic pipeline teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
- Own and evolve our internally built platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and stellar performance
- Drive optimization of our monitoring stack, GPU workloads, and capacity across multi-cloud environments
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Architect innovative cloud solutions implementing various infrastructure strategies
- Champion best practices for infrastructure management, automation, and deployment
- Collaborate with Research & Engineering teams to develop robust internal infrastructure tools
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable, highly available SAAS systems on GCP/AWS/Azure
- Deep technical expertise with a proven ability to dive into complex systems and codebases
- Track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and GPU workloads
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies (multi-cloud experience preferred) and Kubernetes
- Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities for tackling complex, large-scale technical challenges
- Experience with platform engineering and building internal developer platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency with modern monitoring and observability tools
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools
