Position Overview:

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead and grow Bria’s strategic relationships with hyper-scalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our partnership strategies, enhance co-selling opportunities, and accelerate the adoption of Bria’s AI solutions in the cloud infrastructure domain. You will report to our Chief of Strategic AI Partnerships. As a startup, we're looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader who can not only strategize but also execute. This role requires agility, a willingness to wear multiple hats, and the ability to dive deep into operational details when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Design and personally implement a comprehensive partnership strategy with hyperscalers. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and drive initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Relationship Building & Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships at all levels within hyperscalers organizations. This includes everything from executive-level discussions to working directly with technical teams.
  • Revenue Growth: Actively drive revenue-generating initiatives. This involves not just planning but also participating in sales calls, product demonstrations, and technical discussions when needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all internal teams. In a startup environment, this means being ready to jump in and assist other departments as needed.
  • Hands-on Deal Management: Lead and actively participate in all aspects of deal negotiation and structuring. Be prepared to draft proposals, review contracts, and manage the deal process end-to-end.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and be ready to quickly adapt strategies. This includes self-learning and potentially upskilling in technical areas relevant to our partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in hyperscalers partnerships. Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is highly valuable.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud platforms and emerging technologies. Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand product integration challenges.
  • Versatility: Demonstrated ability to switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Experience in roles where you've had to go beyond your job description to get things done.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional skills in both areas, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and working with generative AI solutions.
  • Strong network within hyperscalers organizations and the tech ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive innovation
