We're on the search for an experienced UX Designer to join our fast-growing team and help us promote our data-for-justice revolution. Our platform, which uses AI and Machine Learning, is changing the game when it comes to discovering harmful legal violations and securing compensation for millions of victims. We're passionate about the work we do and truly believe that we're making a positive impact in the world. We'd love for you to be a part of it!
Who Are You?
We're seeking a special kind of person to join our team. Someone who is independent, yet able to work well with others. Someone who is process-oriented, but also open-minded and adaptable to change. We're looking for a coherent and communicative team player who is excited to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a mission-driven team.
Not Your Typical UX Designer Role
As a UX Designer, you'll be at the forefront of the user experience design process, leading the way in our UX research efforts and helping to build out our user persona database. You'll be an integral part of the design process, from the initial planning phase all the way through to creating wireframes and testing. You will join forces with our mission-driven, cross-company teams to bring color and light into the justice system by creating amazing experiences.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience under your belt, you're a pro when it comes to working on complex systems and collaborating with developers
  • You have a solid understanding of UX best practices and are skilled in Figma and utilizing design systems to bring your designs to life
  • Your analytical abilities allow you to dig deep into user data and conduct insightful user research, interviews, and tests
  • One more thing we're looking for in our next UX Designer is someone with excellent people skills. You'll be working closely with a cross-functional team, conducting user interviews, presenting research findings, and design solutions, so having the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others is a must (in English also).
So, to recap:
We're seeking a UX Designer with 4+ years of experience, proven expertise in working on complex systems, Figma, User research and testing, strong people skills, excellent English, and a passion for creating user-centered designs. Does this sound like you? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
