Our G&A team is growing, and we are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the team.

Not Your Typical Head of Finance Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance leader to serve as our Interim Head of Finance during our current Head of Finance׳s maternity leave.

This temporary full-time position is expected to last 9-12 months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Implement scalable financial processes and systems to support rapid company expansion.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to the strategic leadership, board, and investors.
  • Manage cash flow, fundraising efforts, and financial risks in a startup context.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee asset valuation, particularly for intangible assets related to legal.
  • Lead FP&A initiatives to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing finance departments, including controllership, asset valuation, and FP&A.
  • Strong background in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy in startup contexts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding leadership abilities, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex financial information to diverse audiences.
