Not Your Typical Growth Marketing Role

We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing / Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate our customer acquisition efforts, scale our marketing programs, and drive revenue growth. This role is essential in building and optimizing demand generation strategies to reach our target audience of legal professionals and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including email, paid media, webinars, and content marketing) to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build and optimize the lead funnel through targeted outreach and nurturing strategies, ensuring high-quality leads move effectively through the sales pipeline.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute engaging assets (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts) that resonate with our legal technology audience and support demand generation goals.
  • Paid Acquisition & SEO: Manage paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns, as well as optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to create, track, and analyze campaigns, ensuring a seamless connection between marketing and sales.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring effective lead handoff and supporting the development of sales enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in legal technology or a similar vertical is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to campaign planning and optimization, with an ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and measure ROI effectively.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating complex technical products into compelling marketing messages for the legal market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

  • Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $100-150$
