Strategy & Operations Team

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations and based full-time in our New York City US HQ, we are looking to bring on the first new hire on the Strategy & Ops team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely on cross-functional projects, sometimes shaping the high-level strategy of the business, and other times rolling up your sleeves to make data-driven operational decisions to drive the business forward across our partnerships, care team, outreach, content, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Vice President of Strategy & Operations on various day-to-day strategic and operational initiatives

  • Collaborate with business operations and data teams to drive decision-making for go-to-market functions

  • Serve as primary in-office point of contact for data analysis, working closely with overseas colleagues, based in Tel Aviv

  • Conduct business modeling to assess opportunity and viability of various strategic partnerships

  • Perform initial outreach and manage communications with selected strategic partners, on an as-needed basis

Required qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in an operational/business-facing role in a start-up, management consultancy, or similar company.

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business, data, or engineering-related field

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with experience building presentations and shared documents

  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis with efficiency, utilizing Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other tools

  • Impeccable attention to detail, while demonstrating a bias for action

  • Comfort working in highly ambiguous environments with an ability to multitask, project manage, and prioritize projects effectively

  • Confidence in interacting with senior-level audiences and a desire to seek out and action feedback for continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with consumer-facing businesses

  • Experience working with global/overseas teams (our global HQ is located in Tel Aviv, Israel)

  • An understanding of relevant consumer and B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention, ARPU, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, Figma, and other highly-utilized tech tools

Base Salary $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr with a competitive equity package
