We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Product Implementation Manager to join our Product team. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of partner-driven product initiatives, acting as the key link between external stakeholders and internal teams. In this role you will

  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for new partner integrations and feature requests, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Partner Success teams to ensure that partner needs are effectively translated into product requirements and executed with the right prioritization.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions that balance partner needs with product strategy.
  • Establish clear processes and workflows for managing partner-driven initiatives, ensuring that requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed in an organized manner.
  • Join partner calls to understand their use cases, clarify requirements, and communicate product capabilities and limitations effectively.
  • Ensure visibility and transparency of all partner-driven product work by maintaining clear documentation, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Help shape and refine our approach to product partnerships, improving how we collaborate with external stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of our product vision.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, implementation, project management, or a related role — preferably within a SaaS, tech, or product-driven company.
  • A strong understanding of product development and implementation processes, with the ability to navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and ensuring all parties are on the same page.
  • Native English speaker or high-level proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical fluency—You don’t need to code but should be comfortable working with engineers and understanding product capabilities.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset, able to anticipate challenges and drive solutions before they become blockers.
  • A product-first mindset, understanding how to balance external needs with internal priorities to maintain a cohesive user experience.
