What you’ll do:
- Help customers with product questions and issues
- Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to develop customer experience strategies
- Enhance the product based on customer feedback by working with our development and product teams
- Develop and document internal and customer-facing product knowledge
Job Requirements
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support/experience role.
- Native English Speaker or comparable (spoken and written English must be mother tongue level)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to self-manage and take initiative.
- Previous experience working with video platforms - An advantage.
- Experience with Intercom, JIRA, Hubspot - An advantage
