We are seeking an RFP Proposal Manager to play a pivotal role in our sales process by responding to proposals and requests for information from potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to developing these documents, this role will develop and curate a detailed repository of responses and documents, co-create a proposal reporting suite, and find and create efficiencies in the business to help streamline the process.

About The Team
This role will report to our Sales Engineering team, an integral part of the HiBob Go-To-Market organization. We focus on driving real business impact for prospects by being technology and domain experts. We are expected to understand our prospects' challenges and objectives and guide them toward lasting solutions. We do this by partnering with other functions internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing) and externally (partners).
What will you do?
- Manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Develop detailed, professional proposal documents that articulate HiBob's products, services, and unique value
- Leverage tools like Loopio, RFPIO, or others to build and maintain a robust repository of response content and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with Product Marketing to create content assets and prepare for new product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Security, Legal, etc.) to gather accurate information
- Co-create a proposal reporting suite with our Information Systems team to accurately track, measure, and report on key metrics such as RFP win/loss rates, reasoning, time to complete, etc.
- Identify gaps and provide insights to enhance our RFP and proposal strategy based on customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and HiBob's evolving product roadmap
Base salaries for this role range from $115,000 - $135,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.

Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
- 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with RFP/proposal tools like Loopio/RFFPIO, etc., as well as G-Suite
- Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus
