About you

Please note - this role initially is a 6 month fixed term contract

We're looking for a talented and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our growing sourcing team. As a Talent Sourcer, reporting into the Global Sourcing & Employer Branding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in pro-actively sourcing & attracting top talent globally. This is a varied role which will support the global TA team, predominantly R&D recruitment in Israel & across our sites in the US & EMEA.

You will dedicate time on sourcing and delivering a great candidate experience while determining innovative ways to attract and engage top talent as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have an interest in recruitment marketing and digital recruiting techniques and campaigns.

What will you do?

  • Identify, source & engage with top R&D talent for HiBob, through a variety of channels, including; LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks
  • Use cold outreach sourcing methodologies to identify & engage with potential candidates for HiBob
  • Develop pipelines and engagement strategies to bring talent for our hiring needs now and in the future
  • Collaborate with the TA team & leadership to understand the specific needs for hiring in each region (EMEA, US & Israel)
  • Initiate and maintain candidate relationships through personalised outreach & conducting initial candidate screening conversations
  • Researching the market: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor insights, and market intelligence to provide valuable information to hiring managers and the recruitment team.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Providing clear and timely communication, answering questions, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.

What you should have?

  • Experience sourcing/headhunting for GTM roles, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
  • Innovative and creative approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
