IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a System Validation Engineer to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for the following

• Developing and implementing cost-effective procedures, methodologies and test tools for system testing and troubleshooting techniques.

• Being the company’s gatekeeper– work persistently with the various R&D teams to resolve critical issues and ensure high product quality.

• Shortening product release cycles by defining and implementing test automation tools.

• Developing specific test plans, requirements traceability matrixes, test reports, test flows and test cases.

• Executing test plans, document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results.

• Planning and conducting lab and field tests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or another technical related field.

• 4+ years of experience in system level validation

• First principle thinking and creative problem-solving approach to challenges.

• Team-player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in operating lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, logic analyzers and more.

• Proficiency in Test Automation design and implementation.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in physical products such as Motion/Propulsion/Weapons/Robotic/Manufacturing, sensors and actuators/Digital printing or equivalent - must have

• Experience in creating and writing of test procedures and reports - must have

• Fluent English
