Description

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Quality Director.

You’ll be responsible for the following

  • Manage the company’s overall quality and ensure high-quality brand reputation is maintained.
  • Manage supplier's quality and MRB activities.
  • Manage customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product quality throughout the production cycle. Optimize product yield.
  • Manage the company’s quality system, procedures and audits.
  • Lead the company quality system requirements, with all relevant supportive activities, including tools& equipment calibration.
  • Lead all company external and internal auditing.
  • Manage RMA activities.
  • Strive and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Lead product development activities from the R&D stage.
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
  • Develop and execute tests to ensure in coming material and product quality.
  • Defining CAPA, SCAR & 8D.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years and more of experience as a Quality Engineer in a multidisciplinary and automotive industry
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree, BS/MS in QA, Engineering, or related subjects.
  • Interdisciplinary engineering skills – electronics, mechanics and SW
  • Experience in ISO-13485 with R&D group/ IATF-16949 Automotive standard.
  • Lead auditor ISO-9001 certification and AS-9100 as well.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong background in a problem-solving approach and leading KAIZEN events.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive Work Instructions and Procedures.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in IPC-610, J STD -001, and other IPC standards related to PCB and PCBA.
  • Good knowledge of SPC and process control, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, and DOE technique.
  • Good knowledge of process validation, Automotive PPAP requirements.
  • YIELD and other KPIs analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer and supplier facing.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in English.
