Description
IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for the following
- Mechanical design of electric motion systems, mechanisms, and Jigs.
- Mechanical design of electronic assemblies and packaging.
- Prototype design, assembly & testing.
- Serial production-oriented design.
- Oversee and conduct experiments and troubleshooting in-house, offsite, and abroad.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with Electronics, Software and Integration teams domestic & abroad.
- Communication with customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design.
- High proficiency in Solidworks –Must!
- Technical skills and hands-on approach.
- Team-player, quick learner, proactive, and positive attitude
- Fluent English – writing and verbal.
- Willingness for international travel.
Advantages
- Experience in plastic design for injection molding.
- Experience in Thermal / Flow / Mechanical / Electromagnetic simulations.
- Experience in Electrical motion systems / Automotive / Aviation fields /DFM.
