Job Description:

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to bolster our innovative team at Lasso Security. As an integral member of our development cohort, you will play a pivotal role in architecting robust backend systems that power our state-of-the-art AI-driven security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions for our AI-driven security platform.
• Design and implement efficient and reliable APIs and microservices using modern backend technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing insightful feedback to uphold code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues, employing rigorous testing methodologies to ensure system reliability.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging them to drive continuous innovation and improvement within our products.
• Document architectural decisions, system designs, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Your Experience:

‍

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with proficiency in building scalable and resilient systems.
• Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency in database systems such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of leading the technical design and implementation of complex features from inception to delivery, translating design concepts into robust and performant backend solutions.
• Passion for staying informed about technological advancements and driving innovation in backend development practices.
