Job Description

The Recruiter will serve as the initial point of contact for potential candidates, tasked with identifying and qualifying top talent to support the hiring needs of the organization. This role involves utilizing a range of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, events, and marketing initiatives to attract and assess candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will interact with potential candidates via telephone, email, and social media, determining their suitability for open roles and guiding them through the recruitment process.

• Create engaging job descriptions and effective interview strategies
• Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume screening, initial calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

• Maintain and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Innovate recruitment strategies and explore new talent sourcing method

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role
• Proven experience in recruiting technical positions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Proficiency in various interview techniques and recruitment processes
• Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive attitude
• Interest in or knowledge of AI and cybersecurity is a plus
