Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head of Growth with a deep-rooted passion for the ethereum ecosystem and blockchain technology, with a proven track record in the ecosystem. You will be responsible and accountable for creating and executing growth strategies. You should be able to identify market opportunities, create structured and highly effective strategies and execute campaigns to grow our base of superfans. The role is both strategic and hands-on – you should be prepared to lead by example and work with the team on the day-to-day execution.


  1. Social Channels:
    • Strategy Development: Creating the narrative for eoracle through comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals. This includes selecting the right mix of content types and channels to best reach our target audience.
    • Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the creation of engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord. Ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.
    • Community Engagement: Actively engaging with followers and influencers within the blockchain community to foster a vibrant community. This includes responding to comments, participating in relevant discussions, and managing community-driven events.
    • Analytics and Optimization: Utilizing analytics tools to track performance and optimize social media strategies. Making data-driven decisions to increase reach and engagement, and adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve growth objectives.
    • Crisis Management: Monitoring social platforms for any potential issues or negative feedback and addressing these promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
  2. Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that can enhance product reach, such as collaborations with L1 & L2 core teams, Dapp developers, or influencers in CT.
  3. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the business. This involves understanding the needs of Dapps and how our product can meet those needs.
  4. Networking and Representation at Industry Events: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, both to promote the product and to gather insights and connections that could lead to business growth.
  5. Sales Engagement: Direct involvement in the sales process, including presenting the product, addressing technical questions and taking active part in closing integrations by articulating the product's value proposition effectively.
  6. Real world data Strategies: Developing GTM strategies for real-world data markets, which could involve customizing the product offering or marketing approach to suit wider range of Dapps.
  7. Sales and Marketing Material Development: Creating sales and marketing materials like pitch decks, product demos, and case studies that are tailored to assist the sales team in the selling process.


  • Extensive experience in crypto twitter.
  • Extensive experience in growth roles within the blockchain space especially within the ethereum ecosystem (L1s, L2s, infra projects, dapps)
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and smart contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
