About the position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. This role is critical in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations, ensuring seamless lead management, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing operations, proficiency in marketing automation platforms, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Develop and optimize lead management processes, including lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and handoff to the sales team.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (Hubpsot and Salesforce) to streamline campaign execution and improve lead tracking and reporting.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, events, etc.), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Create and present regular reports on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing operations processes, enhance efficiency, and drive better results.
  • Technology Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and tools, and make recommendations for new tools or enhancements to existing platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with a strong focus on lead management and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: 100-115K
