Description
We're looking for a design wizard, with both technological & high aesthetic skills to support our constantly developing work environment.
The position will be based in our London HQ: supporting all of our global office locations across the world: EMEA, APJ and USA, while working closely with the design and Workplace teams.
You will help us support aspects of concept, planning & design to complete a full cycle of execution & usability within our sites, while working closely with various company stakeholders, to achieve results that will reflect our culture and values; enhancing our sites with warmth of welcoming our employees and visitors, enabling collaboration & innovation.
About The Role
- Supporting EMEA, US & APJ offices, working in different time zones & traveling abroad as required to scale & fit out our offices around the globe, including planning towards new office openings, and design adjustments as needed for the various stages of the office lifecycle.
- Developing concepts for areas within our workspace to support the dynamic & constantly evolving environment we're living in. you will be doing so by using multiple tools of visualization and work alongside our team in a fast pace to demonstrate & adapt a variety of solutions to execute both short & long term projects, with different budget ranges.
- Produce 'test fit' programs & plans to examine the potential for the future global sites across the locations according to our constantly updating standards. Present results by reflecting quantitative & qualities insights, conclusions, and support decision making that is both data & design driven.
- Work with both internal & external stakeholders to promote our design vision by producing design briefs to help communicate our intentions and support an efficient work flow. monitor the stakeholders throughout the design & execution process, to help optimize planning issues & providing on site solutions.
- Support our global vision to create in each work environment a unique local identity: a humble, yet impeccable atmosphere, by styling our spaces with local vendors & artists, using hands on approach.
- Keep track of the workplace projects market, constantly update with new products, arts, design improvements & technical solutions that can contribute to our workplace projects vision & execution.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven track experience in the workplace projects field (additional experience hospitality & commercial - advantage)
- Bachelor degree in architecture or interior design from a familiar institute is a must
- Analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and architectural plans to drive design solutions from concept to actual construction on site
- Experienced with multiple 3D & CAD Software's for sketch, model, render & simulation (revit, rhino, grasshopper, 3dmax, vray, autocad, etc.)
- Familiar with suppliers & professional service providers in the office design industry
- Autodidact, customer centric, hands on, fast learner, enthusiast to work within a multi opinionative environment that requires agile approach, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
