Description

We are looking for a passionate Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution for monday.com’s Programs team. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, the Programs Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building out new programs and initiatives as well as supporting and expanding current ones. You’ll join our Programs team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

The monday.com Programs team is in charge of developing fast and scaling projects across the organization. The team is built of 3 main groups: the tech incubator, the business accelerator, and global events.

About The Role

  • Be a strategic partner in developing special programs at monday.com — both in person (across the globe) and online.
  • Function as the main point of contact for content for various stakeholders across the Programs team and across the organization for cross-functional programs.
  • Map out, create, and edit a variety of content assets for our programs — such as product marketing materials, event marketing, email campaigns, website copy, video scripts, paid ads, UX copy, internal comms, and more.
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key program goals, such as upskilling customers and boosting brand awareness.
  • Explore and experiment with creative ways to achieve program objectives through a content lens.

Requirements

  • Native English - a Must
  • 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, including Product Marketing (required)
  • A strategic self-starter who brings vision and passion to the work they do
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
