Description
monday.com is looking for an impact-driven Senior Product Manager to join a newly formed team within BigBrain dedicated to enhancing employee efficiency through innovative AI solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be impact-driven, strategic, curious, highly analytical, and business savvy. This role involves leading and growing the Internal AI solutions team within Bigbrain, helping to shape and drive the best direction for our product roadmap, and advancing our suite of tools built to empower our marketing, sales, product, and customer experience organizations.
We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about AI, enjoys learning, building 0-1 products, leading people through data, and has a strong product management background—someone who thrives in dynamic environments knows how to connect with various stakeholders, and leads without authority.
About The Role

Your focus will be on AI solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across monday.com. You will empower every function in the company to multiply their impact and thrive in their roles. By leveraging data, AI, and machine learning, you will create solutions that reduce operational costs and transform the future of work at scale. You will report directly to the BigBrain Director of Product.
