About The Role

  • Strategic Enablement: Serve as the right hand to the Chief People and Legal Officer, turning strategic vision into actionable plans for business success.
  • Business Ownership: Oversee the business objectives of our People and Legal functions, ensuring their alignment with our overarching goals.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Facilitate collaborations between functions, effectively breaking down silos and driving organizational efficiencies.
  • Rapid Assimilation: Continuously update your understanding of our evolving business landscape, in order to swiftly adapt and align business operations.
  • Effective Communication: Foster open and transparent dialogue between leadership and stakeholders, encouraging input from all levels of the organization.
  • Insight-driven Recommendations: Leverage your analytical acumen to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that steer strategic decision-making.
  • Vision Implementation: Translate our vision and strategy into a practical roadmap that guides the operations of both the People and Legal departments.

Requirements

  • Business Leadership: Proven business leadership experience showing your ability to lead, inspire, and drive success in a fast-paced environment. Experience in either People or Legal functions is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strategic Agility: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and translate it into operational success.
  • Rapid & self learning: Capacity and high motivation to constantly learn quickly, comprehend our business ecosystem and maintain a strong strategic vision aligned with current priorities.
  • Collaborative Influence: Exceptional collaboration skills, fostering a cooperative environment and bringing teams together to achieve common goals
