This is going to be a year of unprecedented growth at, and we're looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative focused across ANZ Mid-market and Enterprise businesses. We are at an exciting point in monday's growth journey and it is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding.

The Sales Development Representative (outbound) will be responsible for generating pipeline for the team through a variety of channels.

We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.

About The Role

  • Prospect via call, email and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives in Enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team and assist in leading creative strategies to target key decision-makers
  • Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets of booked and qualified meetings


  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in SaaS preferred
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal with the ability to connect with an influence C-suite
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Confident and driven with the ability to drive and own the strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

About The Team (Internal)

As an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) specializing in verticals, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building a robust pipeline for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for proactively reaching out to ideal prospects within specific verticals, qualifying their needs and pain points, and setting valuable appointments with the Account Executives team. This is a results-oriented position where your proactive and creative/strategical approach, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge will be key to your success.

Internal requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
  • Fluent English is a Must and in addition fluency in either French or German
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, adapt at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (Salesforce)
  • Passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Competitive spirit and drive to exceed quota and win deals. Self-starter, goal oriented
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the solution

  • Proven ability to identify and overcome sales objections.
  • Experience with cold calling and email outreach best practices.
