monday.com is looking for an experienced implementation & professional services team leader to lead our N. America Services team. Our Services team leads all our advanced onboarding and professional services projects, focusing on product implementations for our customers.

As a manager of the Services team, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading a delivery team..

Please note this is a hybrid role in our Denver office.

• Manage to Team and Company OKRs and KPIs.
• Build and lead the team responsible for implementing monday.com platform for our customers
• Advise and enable the team on the different components of a project lifecycle, including discovery, execution, roll-out, training, and handover
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, to drive efficient and reliable project delivery for our customers.
• Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team, while setting expectations on performance based on data, using consistent feedback and transparency.
• Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
• Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Use data to track performance, forecast services delivered, and create customer insight.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members.
• Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the teams' ability to scale
• Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience in Implementation and Professional Services in SaaS or professional services consulting firms.
• CRM, Project Management software,, software development management software
• 10+ years of project management or professional services experience in a client-facing role
• 5+ years of management experience in Implementation or Professional Services teams
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management
• Startup experience
• Ability to successfully navigate complex organizational structures (internal and external), often with highly ambiguous objectives and success criteria
• A people manager with a proven track record of success managing a team of individual contributors.
• Process-focused and metrics-driven (desire to instill a process that can scale)
• Substantial experience in creating Statements of work
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• An amazing team player who can collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders.

For Denver based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000 - $185,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
