monday.com Foundation’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) is looking for an Emergency Response Manager to join our team. This person will work on designing, building, leading and executing emergency response initiatives and partnerships around the world.

The Emergency Response Manager will work closely with the humanitarian aid space and drive digital transformation. They will deploy across the world before, during and after disasters, in order to help aid initiatives scale their impact in disaster response, by joining them in-field to consult and implement monday.com tools and relevant disaster response solutions and processes

This role is holistic and comprehensive, involving partnership creation and management, disaster response project generation and execution, design and creation of digital products and solutions, content generation, impact measurement and more, all from A to Z.

We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, thinks outside the box, is a great team player but can also work and lead projects independently. An ideal candidate will have relevant experience both in the disaster response space and humanitarian aid, and in complex project management at a SAAS company.

About The Role

  • Continue to build and optimize the ERT methodology for responding to crises around the world at scale, including monitoring global emergency incidents, and preparing response plans and in-field deployments.
  • Become a monday.com expert, understanding the platform specs in order to address disaster response organizations’ needs.
  • Prepare and implement seasonal approach strategies for different types of disasters, and strategies for scale deployments to possible events.
  • Lead teams and/or travel independently to implement digital solutions on site in crisis areas globally, track and optimize the success of the implementation and usage of the disaster tools.
  • Identify organizations' pain points and adapt the consultations and platform implementation based on their needs.
  • Generate, lead and maintain partnerships with relevant disaster response partners, networks and organizations around the world, to effectively scale the rapid launch of digital aid
  • Collaborate with leading disaster response organizations, top humanitarian networks and other actors in the space in order to position the team’s mission and provide impact.
  • Focus on the optimization and creation of new products, templates, new integrations and tools that will allow provision of such support at scale.

Requirements

  • Real passion for doing good.
  • 4+ years’ experience in humanitarian aid and disaster response contexts, with relevant experience in partnership and lead generation in the global humanitarian aid space.
  • 1+ years’ experience in leading software implementation (customer success, project manager or similar roles).
  • Fluent English - must. Proficiency in multiple languages - French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabicand Hebrew - advantage.
  • Highly experienced monday.com Work OS user - major advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and initiation skills, with a proven track record of strong network creation.
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z, with complete ownership, transparency and positive approach, coordinating between multiple stakeholders internally and externally, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver.
  • Desire to work on projects and tasks of any type, taking on a holistic approach to what needs to get done as a team, including deployments, partnership creation, social media presence, case study generation, operational tasks and much more.
  • Strong foundation in emergency response and humanitarian aid principles, and core understanding of the pain points in disaster response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with passion for digital transformation and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
