We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our WorkForms team. This role calls for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide tech leads and engineers, driving impactful results and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
About The Role
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of tech leads and engineers, co-located in TLV and London, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and drive the growth of the WorkForms product.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Hands-On Involvement: Engage directly in technical tasks as needed, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for the team.
- Planning and Execution: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
Requirements
- Leadership: Minimum of 4 years in team leadership roles within the tech industry, with a focus on product development and management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive product growth and innovation.
