We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the data experience domain in our boards group. This role drives the development of intuitive data interactions and a strong table and column infrastructure, enabling users to create impactful solutions.

As a Product Manager within the boards group, you will have the opportunity to define and execute the product vision, transforming the way our users interact with data across the Monday.com platform, while delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences.

About The Role

  • Lead product vision and roadmap: Define and implement the strategy for board data experience, ensuring it provides a seamless and intuitive user experience, while supporting complex organizational needs.
  • Data-driven product development: Use customer insights, data trends, and feedback to continuously optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.com.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other domains in the organization to design and develop scalable solutions that allow users to easily view, access, and collaborate on board data
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Measure and optimize: Analyze user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of driving outsize impact on customers and the business
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • Previous experience leading platform products – Advantage
