monday.com is looking for a Senior Automation Infrastructure Engineer to take our automation infrastructure to the next level, ensuring our software deliverables are released efficiently and with a high quality.

You will be joining to Testing Infrastructure team and you will lead automation infrastructures projects, automatic tests quality and stability while collaborating with the release and foundations engineers.

As a senior automation engineer you will design, build and own quality tools and define and prompt best practices across the RnD organization.

• Develop improve and maintain our testing automation suites.
• Plan and execute our growing testing capabilities in a CI/CD environment containing thousands of services.
• Research and suggest new technologies to improve automation flow, robustness, performance, reliability and resilience of the platform.
• Educate, support and mentor teams to correctly use develop tests in our testing infrastructure.
• Work closely with multiple engineering and infrastructure teams while taking ownership end-to-end on our testing infrastructure.
• Works inuepanantly and lead automation projects, collaborating across the organisation working with talented engineers in an ever changing environment and cutting edge technological environment
• Our stack: Node.js, Typescript, AWS, K8S, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Redis, MySQL, ElasticSearch, and much more.

• Strong coding and technical skills with passion for testing infrastructure.
• Experienced with building large scale testing infrastructure.
• Proven Experienced with modern testing tools: jest, cypress, playwright, pact.io, chaos engineering.
• Proven experience with frontend automation testing tools built on top of modern frameworks like react.
• Deep understanding of Automation best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (github actions, codefresh etc).
• Proficiency in using Docker and kubernestes for development and testing.
• High sense of ownership and great communication skills and mentoring capabilities.
