Description
The Head of Incubation Marketing will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for new products and startups within monday.com. This role is critical in shaping the early narrative, driving demand generation, and testing go-to-market strategies for initiatives at the incubation stage. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of marketing leadership in startups and is comfortable with ambiguity, fast execution, and iterative learning.
This person will act as a "growth engine" within the marketing team - crafting and executing agile marketing strategies that validate new concepts, generate leads, and lay the foundation for future scaling.
About The Role
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development - Build and own the marketing strategy for new products and startups at the incubation stage.
- Brand and Messaging - Develop early-stage messaging frameworks that align with the product’s value proposition and customer pain points & Create brand assets that resonate with early adopters, including landing pages, pitch decks, and content.
- Demand Generation and Growth Marketing - Lead demand generation campaigns using a mix of digital channels (e.g., paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and social) and Execute rapid experimentation to optimize conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting - Set KPIs for each incubation initiative and measure the performance of campaigns and channels.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles at startups or early-stage ventures.
- Entrepreneur Product-market fit
- Strong understanding of early-stage GTM strategies and demand generation.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling marketing initiatives.
- Experience in running agile, data-driven marketing experiments to validate product-market fit.
- Excellent skills in storytelling, content creation, and community building.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously to achieve results.
