Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy and business performance in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, particularly in a B2B2C with dynamic pricing mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
  • Analyze the profitability of various products and distribution channels to identify high-performing areas and potential opportunities for improvement.
  • Play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our dynamic risk-based pricing model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new products, pricing strategies, and market expansions.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial implications of various business initiatives.
  • Implement and manage a robust financial planning process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools (e.g., SQL, Netsuite, CRM, Tableau).
  • Understanding of B2B2C business models & dynamic pricing based risk strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
