About the Position:

We're looking for a proactive and analytical intern to join our Customer Operations team as an AI Intern. In this role, you'll work closely with the Customer Support Operations Manager to drive forward projects related to AI integration within our support systems. Your insights and contributions will be crucial in improving the effectiveness of our AI tools and enhancing the overall efficiency of our support team.


  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Operations Manager to identify and prioritize AI integration projects aimed at improving support team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of the AI copilot tool, ensuring it meets the needs of support team members and aligns with company goals.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses to customer questions generated by Obligo’s AI chatbot.
  • Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the knowledge base and response algorithms.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and their applications in customer support.
