Obligo is looking for a motivated Recruiter who is looking for their next challenge, to join our team and take part in the company growth in the high-energy TLV beach-side office.

As a Recruiter you will:

• Be responsible for recruitment processes:
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet our standards.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build a candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure hiring expectations are met
• Create and drive powerful sourcing innovation strategies to proactively reach new and diverse talent, including employer branding and social media strategies
• Make sure Obligo is present at relevant recruiting events
• Maintain Obligo’s employer branding, via linkedin posting and more

You will succeed in this role if:

• You have at least 2 years experience working as a technical recruiter at a technology company, including experience working through the full recruiting cycle
• You are passionate about people and personal development
• You are passionate about company culture and hiring top talent
• You are an expert in Linkedin Recruiting
• You have the ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations and execution for both candidates and hiring managers
• You have high attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize candidates and roles to meet hiring needs
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, well organized, detail oriented and high-level work ethic
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
