As the Office Manager and an accountant, you will be at the front of our office operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. You will manage schedules, office inventory, supplier payments, accounts and payroll management, extracurricular, fun, and cultural activities, and overall office structure and equipment. Your role will be vital in creating a positive and productive work environment for our team.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for team members, including meetings and appointments.
- Supplier Payments : Oversee the payment process for suppliers and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Extracurricular, fun, and cultural activities: Plan and execute activities for employees to promote a positive work culture and employee well-being, and organize events, celebrations, and initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Office Structure and Equipment: Manage the maintenance and functionality of office equipment and infrastructure. Collaborate with IT and other professionals to address any technical or structural issues.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents.
- Type 3 accounting certificate.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microso Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
