What You'll Do:
- Ridiculously fast. Manage our Global Talent Acquisition team (IL, NY). Own the sourcing and talent acquisition strategy, KPIs, execution, and workforce planning for roles across our sites and teams.
- Partner First. Working closely with hiring managers, executives, and external stakeholders and providing state-of-the-art service and professionalism.
- We Care. A lot. When it comes to recruitment, you’re always thinking about the actual person on the other side. You are focused on giving a valuable experience at every opportunity, including initial outreach, phone screening, and coordination throughout their journey with us, not only for our candidates but also for our hiring teams.
- Data data data. You let the numbers guide your decision-making, including everything from sourcing to strategy to management to execution.
- You will report to the SVP of People and Ops.
This position is a temp position for six months due to parental leave.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management/Social Studies. MA/MBA preferred
- 4 years of experience as a global manager in tech companies, preferred Startups.
- 7 years of experience in tech recruitment with HO experience
- Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with executives
- Agile, out-of-the-box thinker, creative and analytical mindset.
- Deep knowledge of global recruitment strategies and branding.
- Ability to work effectively in a global business with understanding of cross-cultural differences.
- Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
