What you’ll do:

  • Complete ownership and accountability for your designated product domain, overseeing its entire lifecycle from conception to implementation while aligning closely with user and publisher requisites.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams encompassing product, development, data, and commercial units to deliver top-tier products that meet exacting standards.
  • Formulate both short-term and long-term product strategies and envision a compelling trajectory for your assigned product in harmony with emerging market trends and user preferences.
  • Introduce new innovative solutions that will empower publishers to cultivate and nurture thriving online communities.
  • Work closely alongside the product design team to craft user-centric solutions for social and community-related products.
  • Harness existing engagement data to identify distinctive product prospects.
  • Articulate technical dependencies effectively to engineering and data teams.
  • Cultivate expertise in the domain and emerge as a knowledgeable source for all things related to online social communities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure effective product development.
  • Maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring that items are properly prioritized and detailed.
  • You will be reporting to the VP of Products.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a product manager, underscored by successful launches of products.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based products and a solid grasp of B2B2C dynamics.
  • Demonstrable experience in spearheading products catering to a substantial user base is a noteworthy advantage.
  • Capable of leading and pushing forward in a fast-paced, changing environment with a can-do attitude.
  • A track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives, delivering intricate products while deftly managing multiple aspects.
  • Proficiency in client engagement or a client-facing capacity, including translating client needs into tangible product requirements.
  • Well-versed in agile product development, including hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
  • Thorough comprehension of the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong product sensibility, equipped to recognize and address challenges and opportunities.
  • Aptitude for continuous learning, active listening, adept communication, and impactful presentation skills.
