What You'll Do:

  • Hands-on. Develop strategies, processes, and best practices for analytics and enforce standard methodologies in developing all analytics tools and models.
  • Be a Proactive leader - initiate moving needle projects, own them end to end, and see them come to life. Deliver compelling insights to influence decisions and roadmaps.
  • Management. Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of talented data analytics.
  • Efficient Data Pipeline Building: Provide the analytical guidelines to build effective data pipelines from raw events to data models together with the data engineering team.
  • Defining KPIs and User Behavior Analysis. Help shape our business and product strategy and foster data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing users’ behavior, and creating visibility into our business performance.
  • You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Data.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in business or operational analytics within product customer-centric organizations
  • 2+ years analytics management experience including hiring, personal development, performance management
  • Extensive experience in SQL and BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Looker). Python and PySpark is an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience in optimization and testing space - (A/B) split tests, multivariate tests.
  • Proficient in combining data and product analytics together in high-scale environments.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills, understanding of business impact for various solutions
  • Strong execution skills in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems. Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A people person who is able to form strong, meaningful, and lasting connections with others, enabling smooth and continued collaborative relationships
