As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with current and potential customers
  • Identifying and understanding potential customers' needs and sales opportunities
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Working with Rapyd back office tools and Rapyd CRM systems
  • Working with Rapyd's R&D, Compliance Operations and Support teams


  • Previous experience of B2B technology Sales, Sales Development or Inside Sales experience
  • Background in business development and/or technical solutions
  • Knowledge of payment solutions, preferred
  • Self-starter with proven success in outbound communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director level executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written Icelandic and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, product and engineering.
