What will you do 😎

As a key part of our growing Finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and support a wide range of finance topics, in particular controlling, reporting, financial planning, and liquidity management.
In this role, you will collaborate regularly with multiple teams and play a significant role in enhancing re:cap’s internal financial processes.

Your contribution to our success 🤓

  • You will be responsible for managing and improving the financial reporting for our C-Level Management and external stakeholders
  • You will coordinate the end of month & end of year process with relevant stakeholders
  • You will expand and improve the tracking of financial KPIs and internal controlling processes
  • You will support the company’s liquidity management
  • You will coordinate and oversee interactions with internal and external accounting and tax teams
  • You will support the budget planning and forecasting in cooperation with the company’s senior management
  • You will oversee re:cap’s expense & invoice management
  • You will support the People team with payroll processing and optimization

Who we are looking for 👩🏽‍💻

  • You have 2-3 years’ experience in corporate finance, in an audit company or other relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic start up environment
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting (especially the German HGB and German reporting formats) and financial KPIs of growth companies
  • You know your way around financial statements and have a strong affinity for numbers
  • You love to question the status quo and optimize existing processes
  • You have a hands-on mentality and love operational work
  • You are proficient in MS Office and Data visualization tools (Google Data studio, Power BI or similar tools)
  • You are familiar with common German accounting tools (e.g. Datev)
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
